Yeah I knew that, in fact I got my stuff directly from CDC. I wanted the lower piece though. I got a good deal on the whole package

Nice thread, Deki. Your GT is cool as ice and I can relate to you except I started off first with a Camaro then the Mustang... both 2012 models. Happy with both. Once again good read so TTT!

that is called "Saddle" and is just a color option on the Mustang. nothing special about it at all other than being doo-doo brown. that car would have had to be loaded up to cost over $40k. we're talking nav, heated seats, active anti-theft, convertible top, etc. |

Clean Mustang!
Also, a nice, unbiased opinion on both cars, well done! |

Thanks man, it's coming along. And I've been a Camaro fan since I moved to the US and first heard the amazing sound of a catless LT1 making sweet sweet sound through an 80 series flowmaster.

Great post! I never really considered the Mustang because I always loved the look of the Camaro. I had a 89camaro v6 rs, Scion tc, and a 2008 WRX (in that order) and was actually torn between an STI or a Camaro SS. Went with looks, RWD and Raw N/A power/exhaust note over superior handling, AWD, and forced induction. Got a great deal on the Camaro and I've always wanted to own a convertible. I've had the 45th SS Convertible for a month now and no regrets.
I can't say that my garage wont ever have another turbo 4cyl in it though... |
