Mine has NEVER stalled, but the RPM does drop low under conditions like described above with the a/c on. Would be nice to iron that out. Arno, I'll PM you. Are you still planning on being in AZ in October?

Mongolia ? You are getting a lot of air miles in !
The tune I have now has a slight dip but has not had a stall with the AC on. It really seems to be getting better as I put more miles on with the AC on.
Safe travels Arno

Since my IPF install, My car has never stalled. RPM is pretty constant, with or without Air Conditioner, If it wasn't for the whine from the SuperCharger, I woudn't know I had one (except when I floor it)

My car drove great this morning, hopefully my issues were caused by the gasket leaking in the catch can and it was allowing unmetered air into the system. I also noticed that the silicon elbow at the supercharger inlet was at a bad angle and may have been leaking too.

My intake manifold is shipping back to me today, Jay said he fixed it himself.

I'm ready to get my intake back so I can do a dyno and find out why the car hesitates after 5000 rpm's sometimes. It randomly does it, at one stop sign it was good, half a mile later at the next one it did it. Only variable would be the road traction.

I'm anxious to hear if you feel a difference with your ported IM. I'm waiting for a chance to re-install mine (with a Black Ice-olator) since my IPF install and I'm hoping for even more powa!

Also no idle issues with my tune (manual trans). With A/C on or off she idles very steady. I'm still running stock plugs/gaps as well.

I've also been running about 1/2 quart of Torco booster in each tank of 91 octane since the install.
