Eagle eye high beam trouble

After putting in my relay harness from TRS and ballast i cant seem to get the passenger high beam solenoid to work my driver side will go into high beam but not the passenger, so i was wondering if i did something wrong with the way i wire or its not getting enough power to flip my projector to high beam

My high beams went out in my eagle eyes about a year ago, have checked wiring and ballasts, no idea. Oh well.

They're bright enough as is with the hid but idk why only one hi beam works. Probably should get a better ballast. Just using the stock eBay hid kit

It was the hid wires jamming the motor in mine. Had to move them around and it works now.
