Would you recommend your dealer to perform the convertible top recall? Looking for a dealer in the Northern Virginia area. Preferably close to Woodbridge. I have one around the corner, but every time I took a car in it came back with damage.

A friend just had her 2011 top replaced by Pohanka this month. I saw the car in person two weeks ago and it looked very good. They had an issue with the 5th bow, but they re-replaced it pronto. They had the car two weeks and she is happy with the outcome. They seemed to be very familiar with the problems and had everything in stock or ordered in time to do the job.

I used to have a 2011 pace car, so I am very familiar with this problem. I sold the car before I was forced to deal with it.

I'll second pohanka. For sales they are average. For service they are the best in the area.

They have a huge repair & collision center that has done some paint for me.

Good guys and easy to get an appointment

No convertible here, but I use Pohanka as well, always have taken good care of me.

My original dealership closed down, Darcars Chevrolet in Lanham and they were fine.

My new dealership, Koons Chevrolet is also fine, but I have heard some bad experience from someone else on this board, so it all depends.

Some people get hosed and others do not.

Pohanka, no issues with recalls or service on two separate vehicles in the past year. Open until 10 or 11pm during the week and on Sundays as well.
