GMPP super/turbo kit

I was wondering who would install a super/turbo if it was offered by GMPP and there was warranty available.

Yes i doubt it would ever happen but if it did i would be all over a supercharger for the LS3, after saving for awhile though

It would probably be a kit that had a pulley designed for only around 7psi so that the stock internals would be safe. Oh yeah. Just a nice, safe 20%-ish gain. Which, by the way, brings a total of 506hp on an LS3 Camaro.

Just food for thought.

Hard decision, the APS twin turbo system is sweet but a supercharger would be nice as well.

possible- yes...very smart on a stock engine - no lol

you could have the turbos located @ the exhaust tubes, then the supercharger on the block....2 pipes of forced air into 1 pipe then forced AGAIN into the block

i can't remember the magazine, but someone put an engine into a scion w/ 40 lbs of boost!

steel 4 cylinder...only made 800hp. was a nitto tires sponsored car.

also v8s are alot harder to build that kind of boost since they are movine alot more air, kinda like forcing water into a bag with a hole. except the v8's hole is 2-3x bigger.

I get it.

"Only made 800hp." I'm guessing you said that comparing to other 4cyls. like the SR20DET that is 'capable' of 1000hp?

im just saying Just since you can make 800hp with 9-10lbs in a LS3

with 40lbs you are making over 2000bhp closer to 2500bhp with an LSX block...
