I want louder exhaust deeper growling
Ok Guys I currently have
Flowmaster 817495 Axle-Back System 409S Dual Rear Exit American Thunder Aggressive Sound Exhaust Kit On my old LS1 Z28.. I had a flowmaster muffler on it im not sure which one I had to be honest it was years ago.. but it sounded deeper and louder .. Now i know the way the car is made today the interior is quieter and my current exjaust sounds great outside the car.. im looking for more deeper sound inside the car as well.. What do you guys suggest. In the flowmaster line.. |

At idle these cars are pretty quite even with aftermarket exhaust. I would suggest headers.
The name brands usually run around the $1200-1500 range but there is a lot of knock off brands that will get you around the same gains and sounds ( I believe I saw some1 say they paid like $450, don't remember the brand). IMO JPA had the most aggressive sound I went with Kooks system and love it!

Add some SOLO hiflow cats. The sound of my SOLO high flow cats and MachX sounded great after adding headers its not as loud or deep.

If you want loud and growly I recommend JBA's 3" competition exhaust.

you need Long tubes, high flows and the Flowmaster catback exhaust, that setup is very loud and sounds absolutely awesome.

Yeah, if you already have an exhaust and had planned on adding headers I would just do that than take a loss in buying a whole new cat-back. If you did I would try the flowmaster outlaw. I liked them, the Borla Atak, and the Solo's.

there is no axle back on the market or even a muffler delete that would be loud enough for me. you needs headers, even with headers the idle was to quiet for me, so i added cam. haha

Get a set of turndowns and have them exit under the car.
