Kingsnake it will be close. After it is built it then heads to get the strips applied. Lucky you live in Indiana and should have a quick delivery. Keep in touch with your dealer, because it may end up getting caught at the rail yard waiting for a truck to pick it up. That is what happened to me and the dealer picked it up for me from the rail yard so I didn't have to wait another week for delivery. Good luck.

My dealer says the cars are trucked from Dearborn to their dealership, so if it gets stuck at the rail yard in Dearborn, I do not think he can go get it, but I'll push if that happens.

Do you know how long it takes for the car to get it's stripes?

Do you know how and when I can start watching for it to move from Oshawa?

I think I can start tracking it after I get the VIN, but I do not understand how all that works.
Any help will be appreciated.

TPW of 9/14/09 means it will be built sometime that week. They are usually pretty good about the estimated production week. Stripes take about a week from what I understand. It is also my understanding that the car will report as shipped when it is sent to get the stripes added. I didn't get stripes so I am just going on my recollection of when I was following my car, hopefully someone will speak up if I am giving out wrong info.

So it is going to be close. Hope you get it in time, because it will be one h*ll of a b-day gift.

My TPW was last week... I hope I am at 3800!!! I can't wait!!
Tint first then a stainlessworks full exhaust!
I was going to do stripes first... but I think I might hold off...

I saw it yesterday!!!!

Wow, this colour is amazing... Still waiting for ground effects to be put on.

I think I'mma have to pick her up a few days early I cant wait till the first.

Pre PDI pics, just the plastic off... I couldn't believe how shiny it was!

For all those on the fence about getting stripes.... DO IT!

I just saw an ABM in person... in the shade (from the rear as it was being driven)... it didn't look good at all in the shade.

Starting to second guess my color choice after seeing that! =(
