I NEED A DRIVER MOD!!!!
So I went to the track again and only pulled out a 13.3. Car is full exhaust with gears. It traps like a 12 sec car but with a 2.2 60' it's hard to get there. I tried launching, couldn't really get it to "move out" of the hole. Tried slipping the clutch a little but with a already weak clutch and a low rpm had the same problem. I never tried slipping it above 3k which may have been the sweet spot. This car is a 12 second car all day. Was trapping consist 110mph. Plus I missed third about 3 out of 7 runs which doesn't help. Any suggestions? I'm going back in about a month I will be tuned but on the stock clutch. Really want 12's this year.

I wish I really do. But I already need a clutch so that's about a grand right there. I can't afford that and a rear..

If you don't want to spend $300+ on the adjustable master, look into the drill mod first, and there's a write up out there on how to modify the stock on to make it adjustable. I'm in the middle of a T56 swap right now and will be running the drill mod first and then move from there. As far as the driving style I had similar issues with the 5th gen. Tires will help out a ton and getting the suspension set up right too. I ran into come out too hard and spin the tires, or bog trying not to spin them. Best I was able to get was 2.0 60', while the TA was hitting 1.9 just hammering it off of the line with a stock stall.

Stock rear and no money for a built one is the reason I'm not really launching it. I wish I could trust me haha.
