OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iTUNES
Why does it have to be sooooooo un intuitive????
Its the worst bit of sync software ive used! Love my iPhone but this software STINKS to high heaven. Its now removed all my songs and left me with 10 songs. I used to have hundreds!!!  COME ON APPLE. Get with the times . I dont like your sync system. Give me drag and drop music anyday of the week!! plain and simple!!

You can actually do a drag and drop system if you click on Manually Manage Music on the iphone info screen. As for it deleting all your music, Itunes uses the Sync and Erase system to prevent stealing/using friends music, without you paying for it. You're apple devices will only be linked to 1 computer at a time without using the S&E.

See that box next to "Manually manage Music and videos". Click on it, it puts a check in the box. Now that's Apple easy!!

We use the 'Mobile Me' sync server to manage all of our pictures and contacts and calendars. It works great. I can add an appointment, phone number or whatever, when a client calls and in 30 seconds it's automaticaly in Bonnies phone. Problem? Every so often it duplicates everything. Randomly and not always all of them. We had one client info in the phone 32 times. Only way to get the duplicates out is one at a time. Ugh. And with over 300 contacts, not easy.
