Or just have a custom '69 built like my boss's Ring Brothers Razor:

Price? Quarter mil.

Great info! I really need someone who know about this to teach me what to look for. I'm not looking to make a bunch of money on it. I want to have a fun driver car that looks great and rides great. I don't know what numbers matching even means but I doubt I want that. Any good online read about how to buy a vintage car? what to look for?

I've been doing this kind of stuff since my early days helping my Dad work on his cars. If you want to really see the depth it takes to build a quality Pro-Tour car I would highly recommend the book by Mark Stielow about building the Mule. That actual car just crossed the Barret Jackson stage a few weeks back and sold for around $175K. But, the book is great and I refer to it often on my build.

Well worth reading.

You don't have to get all new parts to actually drive it
What I think you wanna do is have a 69 camaro with the technology of a new car?
That's what exactly I wanted to do get a camaro that's been written off and use that for parts take out the seats and the motor and all the electronics from a zl1 or a z28 but it will be pretty costy but I've been told if I want to sell it in the future I might not get as much then I put in it if I sell local because I'm. Building the way I want someone else may not like it so I won't get much money in the future if I had to sell it so what I decided to do keep it all stock just build thee motor up and I'm putting a custom interior kit in
Hey make the car they way you want though I like custom camaros
