I am sure he did pay $42 for it. A 2SS manual with the stripes is about $35,700, plus like $300 for the IOM paint so say $36,000. The gound effectd are expensive, like $2000, so there is $38,000, then add the polished wheels and its in the $39,000. Now here is where he is shafting you...

He is claiming the taxes too. If he is trying to get $38,000 out of the car, hes askin nearly new money. Hes a fool. Its a $30 car but its all junked up anyhow. the hoop pins, the roll call on the fender, the weird stripes, unpainted GFX. I think its pretty ugly.

I like the way that car looks. I feel like they only thing I would get rid of are the hood pins. But, unfortunately, he can't part with the car for a low price.

maybe someday!

I saw a supercharged Camaro on here with 3,000k miles go for $40k it was every bit of a $55k car. In as much as I would like to think our cars do not depreciate that fast they do lose about 20% of their value when you drive it off the dealers lot. So if he did pay 42k then he should be happy with getting 33-34k.

I think 34 is a pretty good price. He paid 42, and it probably was when dealers were charging over msrp for the Camaro. I like the car, it looks good.

The old saying is "The price is what ever the seller is willing to part with and the buyer is willing to pay!"

No way - my 2011 (TPW this week!) is a 2SS/RS with Hurst and Sunroof - $35,955.

I wouldn't pay over $30k for a used one...

Trust me he will get no where near what he is asking for. In my opinion he over decorated the car, the worst ones are the hood pins and "limited edition" sticker lol. But what ever floats your boat.

I bought a used 2010 Camaro 1ss/rs with a kenne bell supercharger for $31.5k less than 1 month ago. The previous owner paid about 36k then added supercharger and new exhaust for about 8k.

Be patient, I was ready to pull the trigger many times but things fell into place and I got pretty lucky
