Im prolly going to be the only one here with this opinion, but I think the "bumblebee" hood scoop is too played out. I didnt like the idea much to begin with. First it sits too far back on the hood and looks cheesy on a 5th gen. Second its looks plainly stolen from a LT1 Camaro SS, this car doesnt cues much if any from a 4th gen. Third, it looks like something a friend of mine use to enjoy making fun of.....he called it redneck ram air cowl induction; which the hoods seem to look like. lol. Plus it seems that everyone and there mother has a design that looks identical to the next.

Sorry if I seem harsh or dimwitted in my opinion, but that what i think. I expected to see something more original and ground breaking at SEMA. I just seems that every other Camaro at SEMA is a Camaro that has bumblebee ram air cowl induction hood on it with a flashy paint job. While Jay Leno's Camaro may not be the most awe inspiring car, at least parts like the hood meld well to the design and stands different from the trends I see.

Thanks for all the great pics.

It's great to see all the enthusiasm in the aftermarket. And it's only really getting started good.

Who makes those shorties? Those look really nice. I like how it seems like they're spinning the #7 forward to get some more length out of it. It seems to be the best design, so far, for shorties. Please tell

you're not alone with negative opinions on some of the cars. I am personally disappointed in the Yenko model, no offense but IMO anyone can throw a supercharger on a L99 or LS3 to make it go faster, or even an aggressive cam. I wasn't born until the mid-80's but cars and camaros is in my blood and as I recall the original Yenko Camaro by Don Yenko featured an 427 cid Corvette V8 and last I checked such a motor still existed today in the ZO6. That's what I had wanted to see out of the Yenko name, not a bolt on supercharger, but I guess one could have only expected to buy the name, not the legacy.

P.S. thanks Tribone for the pics, really appreciate it, I have been looking forward to this particular SEMA show since GM began production on the camaro began

Two things that I seen that I absolutely love: 1) the 1000hp fully forged internals Camaro. (A 1000hp is a tad much for my taste - 600 to 625 rwhp would suffice).; 2) the 405's on that one Camaro! That's sick. Overall
