Does anyone have a throttle body Spacer in their Camaro?

I was getting ready to buy AIRAID's throttle body spacer.. All their other products are great, I wonder if it works?

That was a fast answer.. Airaid states it will boost low and mid range torque considerably... I thought that Company was legit?

Throttle body spacers benifit only throttle body injected engines, which are all but non-existent these days. It is just a myth/scam that throttle body spacers do anything on fuel injected cars. So no the throttle body spacer will not do anything for you.

AirRaid is a good company, but like the post mentions above, spacers will only work on motors where the air/fuel is mixed before the spacer. What a spacer attempts to do is increase the velocity of the charge and allow for better atomization of the mixture. Without the fuel, it's just increases the air charge's velocity. Might, and it's a big MIGHT, give you a little something, but not anything you'll feel. Gimick.

Crap !!! That really sucks.. I used to have one on my 2006 Chevy Silverado and I could have sworn I felt a difference. I know I liked the low toned Whistle that it made when you stomped on the throttle.. It Kind of sounded like a turbo car. Might sound pretty cool on a Camaro?

Nitrous daves makes a real nice one, you can make it give you from 75-300 horse power.

we have never seen them work
as a matter of fact we just took one off of a challenger yesterday yeah it whistled and made that weird sound but we saw no gains what so ever and have not seen any gains out of them on really any of the modern cars
if you want to see some noticeable gains get a cold air headers exhaust and a tune that will be like a kick in the ass with these cars is alot more than the 80 bucks for the tb spacer but its all worth it!!
