Wow, looking good!

Tim, I have a question for you. Did you use a moving company to move all your things down from Alaska? If yes, who were they & were you happy with the service?

Our daughter is moving to Alaska this month & I'd like some feedback.

Thanks for the feedback.

We used a company called Sourdough shipping from North Pole, they are based throughout Alaska state. I am pretty sure they contracted with another Company. I was satisfied all the way till delivery of our household goods then they dropped an antique cherry coffee table over 90 years old and broke the crap out of it, then they gouged a 55 inch LCD TV. Otherwise i was satisfied till then!

I would start with a 120 grit and work your way up to a 1200 grit, sanded it real good without losing your console shape line and you will be fine, then sandable primer, then block it off real good. 2 coats base primer, 3 coats color, 8 coats of clear.

I do have a question is the 8 coats of clear for the constant touching nd rubbing? Or jus to protect the paint from scratches?

To give it the glass look and if you do get a scratch you will be able to cut it and buff it out! Interior pieces can take a beating!

Thanks Tim. After reading about your company, I remembered you were father North than she needs to go.

I appreciate your information
