I ordered dr. Color chip and touched up most of the really bad stuff and some rock chips and door dings I had and you really can't there was anything there unless you really get to looking. That paint n smear technique really works. Ill post some pictures tomorrow.

Macco has been advertising front bumper painted for $129 on TV here in St. Louis. That's what I would do. Macco near me does great work.

No-fault damage shouldn't raise you're rate, but then again, you're younger than me with a car that's more expensive than mine so, who knows.

I hit one last month... The front laid it down and it caught the rear spoiler. IMO... You're in a tough spot. IMO, save the $ and have it painted... Good Luck

I would say that if you're willing to pay the deductible then just save a little more and have it painted out of your own pocket. I'm guessing your deductible is at least $500. You might be able to get it done for that or just a little more. For that reason I wouldn't claim it either. No matter what anyone says, a claim is still a claim that shows on your record. Personally I try to keep those out of my file no matter if it would go against me or not.
Go get some quotes to find out what you're looking at cost wise. Make sure to tell them you'll be paying for it and will not be claiming it. You might also look around in the for sale section or post that you're looking for a front bumper. I know a while back when I was at ADM performance he had a VR front bumper for an SS. I think he was only asking $150 or so for it. I'm sure it's gone by now but the point is that you might be able to find one used as well.
