Well if I'm getting approval from a guy like you Pete I must be on the right track. Thank you.

Well I'm kinda bummed. I had thought I was going to get the last of my parts I need on Monday. Well the last of them come in Wednesday. So instead of getting all the brakes installed this weekend and Mon/Tues, it's going to have to wait until the following weekend. I should still have it done by the end of the month.
Kind of irritated right now... |

So just looking around the net and finally found the price of the ZL1 set up from Chevy... http://www.crateenginedepot.com/Cama...0815C1009.aspx and http://www.crateenginedepot.com/SS-V...0817C1009.aspx let me just say...
I did the same thing with MY choice of color and decal plus HPS pads, SS lines, and RB racing high temp boots and seals for roughly $2300... Retail on the ZL1 kit is like $6600 and discounted is still $5600 or so. Also the JDP kit which would have been similar to what I did but no used parts would have been $3500... |

The new brakes look sweet! Where did you get the 1LE decals from? Looks like getting the CTSV setup is the way to go. You would think the Cadillac parts would be more expensive since the car costs quite a bit more than the ZL1.
