When I took that pic, I didn't even see the guy on the ground.
There were alot of people around the car at all times. I wanted to take some good interior pictures, but there was a lineup to sit in it (!!!). When I did get seat time, I took it all in without the camera. This was, after all, the first time since the 2002 Toronto Autoshow that I was able to sit in a brand new Camaro! Like in '02, where I sat in a red 4th gen on the last day of that show, till the last minute (a GM guy politely asked me to go home), I almost shed a tear...this time of joy!

Cheersandgears was down for 3 days, while we switched to a new virtual server host.
It is up and running right now.

Yeah, there are a couple cars floating around my area in IOM: a Solstice and a Hummer H2 - very good examples. The Solstice gives you an chance to see the color on smooth, curvy surfaces while the Hummer gives you a chance to see it on flat surfaces. It tends to redden more when it's on a flat surface but even then... in person, the orange really pops, even in sunlight. You can't judge it by looking at photos - especially since some people have different ideas for what orange should look like. If anything, it's a very bright, burnt orange.

Great pictures. The lighting at these auto shows really plays tricks with some of the colors. My wife thought the victory red at the houston auto show looked orange. So, you really have to see the color outside. After all, how many times are you or anyone else going to see your car indoors and on carpet??

The door panel inserts are not IOM? That looks odd to me.
