Well, my dealer has put half the pre-orders through so far with only about 9 more to go I would guess. For a week or 2 he was able to put 3 in each week.

I've given up on even thinking about when the car will come in. So much for pre-ordering, will not travel that path again.

My dealer had 9 allocations, I was number 6, ordered Dec 31, changed order Feb 21, yesterday they said they moved me up to number 2, but their computer does not show them any status. Scott (fbodfather) told one of the Owners that two of his cars were being held in Pontiac for replacement of power steering pumps, was mine one of them? Called the 800 number and they said it was not produced yet. So I am number two, UCF w00t shows 1 car built, Scott says two are in Pontiac, mine is number two but not built........................ maybe July?

Hey Folks,
I ordered a 2SS/RS on Feb 26th 2009. The car was delivered to the dealer yesterday @ 10:00. #4492 BUT, no black stripes and now the recall probably won't get the car until late next week. Can't explain it. Must have been making yellow cars that week.

Camaro due date
I ordered Oct 13 and no one can tell me the production status of this car. My dealer said he didn't care just cancel the car, he can sell it to someone else. when I talked to the people at The Chevrolet Consumer Support they just tell me the dealer can do what they want and sell the car for what they want. The camaro could have been the car that helped save Chevy. But Chevy is just making everyone realize that CHEVY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . IT
 IS ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.
