price at delivery vs. initial order

I wanted to know if anyone has paid more for their Camaro when taking delivery than what the initially agreed upon price was at the time of initial order. Is the price on the order sheet binding or can it be more?

I paid $75 more than the price on my order sheet. The increase was due to an increase in destination charge. It was $75 I really didnt feel it was worth the arguement.

The price agreement on the order sheet IS NOT BINDING!!! If you actually read the order sheet there is a clause that says something to the effect that it is not a binding contract and that the buyer pays the price of the vehicle at the time of delivery. The ONLY exception was if you preordered the car before it went into production back in April.

Luckily my dealer is going to sale the car to me for what the price on the order sheet. He said since they quoted me that price and we both signed it then it was as good as a sales contract. Saves me an additional $425.

+1

My dealer showed me this when I asked but then still said he would have no problem charging me the price discussed no matter the increase.

My dealer warned me that any GM price increases would increase the cost of my Camaro at delivery. So, there's the backup sensors, but I also wasn't expecting the $500 rebate for declining the 60day return. Worked out.

I ordered my 2ss IOM M6 on Aug 3rd. I picked it up exactly two weeks ago today. I ordered it with a sunroof. My original order did not include the $450 back up assist, but I was ok with paying for that. When my car arrived it did not have the sunroof, dealer mistake. They (Classic Chevrolet - Sugarland Texas) agreed to sell $1000 under MSRP for the mistake, or they would put sunroof in for free. I chose the $1000 under MSRP. Happy now, except my USB port hasn't worked since day one. Will have dealer look at my first oil change.
