That's interesting, the Wing spoiler comes pre-painted and in 4 colors only.

• The Camaro single line LPOs will be available to order via the Workbench Configurator beginning 10/13/08.
There have been several questions regarding descriptions for the single line LPO’s. Descriptions of the LPO’s and the
entire portfolio of Camaro Accessories can be found in the Dealer Order Workbook which is housed on chevylaunch.com.
A majority of the questions that have been taken were related to the Ground Effects package. So included below is the
description of the Ground Effects Package.
Camaro Ground Effects
Enhance the bold styling of your new Camaro with the Ground Effects Package. The package contains a front splitter, side
rockers, and a rear diffuser with integrated exhaust bezels. The SS front splitter had its surfaces tuned to maximize down
force via wind tunnel testing. It is available in dark argent metallic.
Below are renderings of the Ground Effects Kit for your reference.
Please look for future communications regarding images for the rest of the Camaro Accessories portfolio.

I posted in another thread (revived a related old one actually) about this, but this thread seems more appropriate.

Why would the GFX package ONLY come in a dark argent(silver) metallic and not body color??

Wouldn't it make more sense not to paint it at all so people could have them painted to match their car?

less overhead, and it provide a trim accent on the bottom.

No mention of the blade spoiler? and how come only VYY cyber gray stripes and not the B7W? (VYY is dealer installed, B7W is factory).

That's a list of LPO (dealer installed) codes which is why factory installed stripes aren't on the list as they are RPO codes. The blade spoiler will not be available until sometime after launch is why it's not on there.

I prefer a solid color vehicle, but at least the Dark Argent Metallic is a dark silver so will look fine with the Silver Ice Metallic I ordered.

Sadly, I agree...

EDIT: I don't mind the ground effects themselves, it's just that they're not body colored, and just look primered.
