Thanks! Man you wouldn't believe this crazy heat. My temp said 114 yesterday, and the Camaro is hating it. My Whipple won't stop whining (well I guess it does that anyway).

Wheels should be back today...hopefully good as new.

With as much as I've invested in the Camaro, I decided to retire it as a daily driver. The LSX will be done soon, so it will become my weekend toy. Here's what I picked up last night to use during the week.

LSX block is being bored out as we speak. Here's what's going to be happening in the next few weeks.
  • Paint and clear engine bay
  • Dual fuel system
  • Roll cage completion (adding 5th bar)
  • Upgrades to nitrous system (dual plate, larger shot)
  • Larger oil cooler
  • MSD ignition
  • Meth kit
  • Whipple 8 rib kit
  • 3" pipe to rear
  • Borla XR1 mufflers
  • Bushings (maybe)?

I'll post up pics throughout the process.

It's gonna be a Monster (yeah, we know you like that) when it is done...
Plus those XR1's will make it sound great.

Keep up posted.

Thanks...I've always love the Borla sound, and didn't want to leave it. The weird thing is they don't have any 3" tips, so I'll need to get those somewhere else.

EDIT: The single round angle-cut tip is 3", but I think it's ugly.
