I already have the SS brake lines I got when intalling my Pedders suspension. Could you tell me length of the 'longer' lines so I can compare? Thx.

If anyone is wondering about weight. I saw someone on here took their weights before.

Lap times are the only confirmation I need.

I am not doing this for 60-0 or 100-0 one hit wonders. I want larger area for heat dissipation, improved cooling and large swept area. I am doing this for repeatability on track for 20+ minutes session. I need the sames results on the 3 lap and the 15th lap.

I do not know the delta in length as I don't have my lines yet. I can measure when received and report back.

Great, thanks for posting....

Yes the 2 piece rotor is heavy than the dual cast....But the way the dual cast is made it allows cool air to escape from the openings if brake ducts are used, the veins are not directional and sections of the veins are blocked by design. 2 piece is better for the track.

That is great pricing for sure; it is actually below what a GM dealer pays.. I've noticed this on a few other parts over the last few months as well and I wonder how they do it. We do have the correct Goodridge brake line kit, the 12219 will not work with the CTS-V calipers.

Kind regards,

Funny you should mention the pricing. I just ordered a GM heated seat kit for my truck from Amazon. I priced it at several of the local dealers and I got similar comments like "wow! that's below my cost!". I thought maybe this was a fluke but several other on-line merchants were not *that* far off from the price I got on Amazon. Seems like there is something going on.

Corrected....I have the 12227 on order...

I spent some time at Rodgers Chevrolet yesterday and we looked at their cost vs Amazon...It is not even close.

Thanks Dropspeed This was such a good deal I ordered my set up seconds after reading this thread, can't believe I missed it yesterday. Now I just have to wait til everything gets here to install all my upgrades for the year. Better call Tyler for brake lines and pads in the next couple days once I decide on a pad to run.

This agrees with what I found and ordered also, two yellow CTS-V six piston calipers from Amazon that I will glass bead and paint red to match my current 1LE calipers. Got the hi temp vinyl Brembo and Chevrolet stickers off E-Bay. I went with the StopTech Sport Slotted Cryogenically Treated Rotors. They are directional.
Left is Part # 126.62128CSL
Right is Part # 126.62128CSR
Tire Rack has them for $165 each
