It's as red as red can be. Don't think it was ever named.

I think it is just red, it is deeper than IOM and not even close to crystal red. Just red. Btw where did you get your hash stripes defiancedan?

I like it... The color and the stripe pretty much was a main selling point for me

The window sticker on mine calls it Brilliant Red and medium charcoal. Hope that helps..

I had mine removed and painted on using GM Red Hot and graystone metallic.

I love red, I love red.
That’s what I said, that’s what I said.
Fireturcks, wagons and strawberries piled high.
Stop signs, hearts and pizza pies.
Roses, tomatoes and apples, oh my.
I love red.
That’s what I said.

Thank you guys.. yeah I think that the 3m one will do. One of my buddy is trying to buy some side gills and paint to match the red.

Here is the 3M version of Red. In this pic the contrast is waaay more striking than in person. From some angles it's almost perfect. The only way to really match it buy the hood or truck stripes from GM. But they ain't cheap!

You're right, the 3M Red almost looks orange in this pic, while the GM hood stripe looks red.

Different angle - 14 months after the last pic:

Now they both look orange. Go figger.
