wow that would suck, it didn't look like very large hail though so maybe no damage? i would be running out with blankets the second that even came close in that situation though.

That is a members car that lives in NJ. There was no damage, but it happened a couple of days after he got the car.

Hail storms come on so quickly, most of the time there isn't time to react.
I remember a bad one a few summers ago. I had never seen hail stones that big (golf balls) in the summer in NY. My Aztek suffered a few dings on the roof and a good sized one on the hood. Glad the Camaro seemed to have suffered no damage!

hope no hail storms come to MA, i'll jump on my car 2 protect it if i have 2 lol...but they made car covers for a reason, that thing gon b covered every second i'm not out drivin her

I doubt a car cover would do much. Might protect as much as jeans do against a paintball. It still leaves a mark, it just doesn't sting as much.
