Too bad it'll be another month or two before I get a chance to fire it.

Mounted a little gun safe in my nightstand. Good piece of mind.

I'd totally pick up an M9A3 if they weren't still going for $1000.

I just picked up a Beretta PX4 this weekend and ran a couple hundred rounds through it. Nice all around hand gun.

But, I realized that for a first pistol; one that I plan to put a lot of rounds through in order to develop skill and technique; that it probably isn't the best choice. Expensive ammunition and much higher price tags for a good 1911.

As such I decided that I'm going to buy the stainless Beretta m92 FS. Affordable, reliable, accurate, and cheaper 9mm ammunition. I know that this gun seems to get a lot of hate.... But, it feels like the right choice.
My first pistol was the Beretta M9 for that exact reason. I like it, reliable, cheap to shoot, and something good to practice with.

AR-15 Scope

I picked up an AR-15 last week, the reason being I want the Binary Trigger Group from Franklin Armory. So I'm waiting for the trigger group should be here in a couple weeks (getting it from my local gun shop) I'm looking for a decent scope for it, some where around $200-$250 any suggestion.

Thanks, Jim

Nice! I need to grab some sights for my AR, but with the car stuff and house stuff going on, I put my AR build on hold a bit which was to build me an entire new upper with .300 conversion and suppressor + either eotech or aimpoint. I have magpul mbus collapsible iron sights. Not the greatest... But I can still make it work, movement and shooting being being precise is the pain part...

A question for yall.. I am thinking about grabbing a Vector in the future. So I started doing some research on it both tech specs and reality testing. So far, it is ALL positive but the ultimate test is me shooting one which we shall see when that'll happen... Anyone have any experience with the firearm? After owning firearms, I became a FIRM believer in actually testing a firearm before buying it.

Well I backed out of the Kimber Team match deal. I read the fine print on the discount my son qualifies for and it isn't supposed to used for family members (not that anyone would know) but just keeping it above board I declined.

Then got to looking at Beretta and really liked this one. I still have my eye on a Kimber Custom 1911, but need something for the wife first. She's going to shoot a Sig 9mm next week and we'll see.

This stuff is addicting and it doesn't help they just built a 1st class new range and club 5 miles from me.

You think that's bad, my shooting range is in the country... In my back yard

We can safely shoot 500+ yards but I tend to shoot pistols at 200 yds, not showing off, just too lazy to open the gate and walk 200 yds to the target.

Today was the first day I carried my new M&P Shield 9mm...what a revelation. It is just right for my work clothes whereas my Kahr CW9 would kind of poke out too much by just an inch at the end of the grip.
