They create a better seal by polishing the components and replacing the boot with a better one

I have them installed in my 2010 SS with a set of 3.91 gears....

Just had same issue with these 1LE Axles. about 350-400 miles on them. Had outer on one side and inner on other side spin grease , Not happy.
