When should I place my order for a 2012 vert (sim synergy 2SS) if I want to take delivery mid January 2012?

I'd consult with your dealer...but a rule of thumb seems to be 1-2 months to ensure you don't over-shoot your due-date.

A/C Compressor on 2SS/RS Automatic - I have two identical cars, one 2010 coupe (initial pre-order) and 2011 convertible (initial pre-order). Are the AC units identical in both years? I've had mine back for the recall but all they did was recalibrate the unit, not replace the compressor. It appears that the coupe's AC is "significantly" more powerful than the convertible.

Sorry, don't know how to start a new post

I have a 11 convertible Camaro 2 SS 6.2 automatic w/ power issues. I babied it for the first 1,100 miles i.e. under 4,000 RPM and varied speed. Waited long enough- took 5 months to get to 1,100 miles since this isn't my daily driver (sunny days and weekends only). Test drove a 2SS coupe ealier this yr and through me back in my seat and expected the same from mine- didn't happen. Took it into the dealer, but no warning codes so they are looking into it. Also in contact w/ Regional Service Tech about the issue. Test drove another 2SS coupe 2 days ago to see if maybe I was over imagining the poper. Half way down on the pedal of the coupe and the back end broke loose- only 52 miles on the car. I can put my foot to the floor in mine and not even a chirp. Same process for both for the test drives- hold down the button to exit out of traction and stability controls. I've tried pulling the #5 & 20 fuses- no change. I've even tried disconnecting the battery to in an attempt to reset the computer- No change.

I've read all the threads, but don't see anyone with similar issues. Summers almost over and I would like to enjoy the car before it gets put away for winter. Currenlty waiting for the dealer or Corp. to come up with a solution.

Purchased thousands of dollars in car parts for my 2013 ss camero from phastek and American car craft. I had one A.C.C. problem with a part not cut right. American Car Craft insisted that I purchased the wrong item and of course, it is installed and looks bad, they hung up on me after refusing to listen to me. Phastek has been nicer but to no avail, I still have not received a correct replacement. I guess I have to go viral on facebook and twitter. It is not the money, I could care less about a mere c-note, just want the part advertised to fit. For doubters, check out American Car Craft part number 101020. I will say this, there parts look great, and all but one fit, you would think that after purchasing just about every interior/engine bay after market piece they have to offer, they would want to take care of me, but NOT!

Okay maybe a bit harsh, he seems like a legit member, but Ernie. PLEASE spell it correctly. It's not like you accidentally misspelled it or did a typo like making "the", "teh".
It's the entire point of this forum. It should be well known that you should know how to spell it. Sorry if I was rude.

My 1LT vert went for $32,955.00 before dealer switch, upgrade on seats with Orig Owner. I bought it for $28,066 almost 2 yrs later with 10,500 on odo. The low miles, orig tail lights, light interior and infotainment made it a must have, to trade in my low miles 08 Mustang.
