Need a better clutch to hold the power.
I need suggestions for which setup to buy. I want a kit with bearings and everything. I was thinking Z-R1 but I'm open to ideas. Tell me what you have and experience with it

I don't have any recommendations, I'm at 424 RWHP and will cam it soon, and I have already toasted my stock clutch, my fault for abusing it at the strip! I am having a Textralia OZ700 X grip w/18lb steel flywheel installed in mine next week if all goes well. Will post results. Good luck in your clutch endeavor, there are some very passionate opinions out here!

ZR1 twin disc clutch with E-Force supercharger, Thunder Racing V3 Cheatr cam: 585 RWHP and it shifts as smooth as butter - scary smooth shifts if you accustomed to the "muscle leg" shifting of days gone by.
We broke in the ZR1 twin disc clutch on the wife's Camaro with the bolt-on modified stock engine (400 rwhp) prior to installing the E-force supercharger and V3 camshaft. My wife swears that the extra power added with the supercharger and cam make the ZR1 clutch shift even smoother than the stock clutch. Without a doubt, I recommend the ZR1 twin disk clutch and slave cylinder for application. I purchased the kit from ADM which includes the slave cylinder and trans spacer. Good luck with your purchase and happy motoring!
