Driving a lowered Camaro isn't much different than driving any other lowered vehicle. If you're running really low just remember to take angles on driveways and speed bumps and you should be fine.

nice, drop in the back looks like it is at least 1.5?.... how wide are the rears?

I think the drop is about 1.5 both ends. I had drop springs on it before the coilovers and I know it's a tad lower than it was with the springs.

The rears are 305s. I'd rather have gotten 315, like I had on it before, but alas, 305 is the widest Nitto 555R you can get for a 20" wheel.
