Carbon fiber splitter vs. OEM splitter
APR Carbon fiber splitter or OEM splitter?
Hey so I got into an accident and demolished my front bumper and got quoted 710$ for the GM OEM front splitter. I am not sure what these splitters are made of and the going price for just the splitter is 710$ which just blows my mind because the whole bumper is only 480$. I was wondering if I would see a difference in quality or cracking or what if I were to get a carbon fiber (cheaper) splitter instead. OEM will put about 150-200$ extra in my pocket as well. The splitter I am debating of getting instead and saving a few $$ http://www.phastekperformance.com/20...onsplitter.htm And this is what the OEM splitter would look like on my car (I am going to be putting this grille on as well) Last edited by Shayne70; 02-13-2014 at 03:49 PM. |

You might want to look at the 1LE splitter we are making out of carbon. Its price compettive to the GM plastic piece. PM me for price.
