Congrats man. You'll love the mods.
Here's a video comparing the sound, and two in-depth how-to's I made up when I installed mine. I also bought the air scoop and washer bottle relocation kit when I did mine so those are outlined also (not sure if you got those or not). If you did get the scoop, note that you don't have to take the front fascia off to install it, but it was easy to remove and made the job a lot easier.

I have not. I probably will at some point just to increase scavenging. The slight drone isn't an issue for me.

We will have V6 catch cans available soon. We are starting production on V6 brackets and a new production run of catch cans later this week.
