Unless you've already bolted on some more ponys, you're going to need some help to beat an SRT8. Depending on your driving skills compared to his. The magazine tests say the Challenger should run easy 13s at around 110 and I've known bone stock Camaros that ran better than that and I've seen bone stock Camaros run a whole lot worse as well. Good luck though and let us know what happens.

Just buy the performance mods you can afford and enjoy the friendly challenges. Nothing like some healthy competition to push you to modify yours more

Just keep saving up and build yourself a badass LSX motor like DangeruSS. At give or take 1000rwhp, very little will be able to keep up with you.

Axel backs do NOT increase HP. They are purely about sound.

And there isn't a specific tune to "get". Unless you get a mail order one which is wasted money IMO. What you want, if you really want to stick it to your friend, is an open source tune (aka dyno tune). That truly takes into account all the engine parameters and adjusts them to your specific car.

I know the axel backs don't add HP. How do I go about getting a specific tune? I want something that I can install and replace as I take the car in for service.

When I asked my service dpt about it they basically told me to reporgram it before I bring it in for service. I was under the impression that that you could return it to stock.....

Once you tune your warranty is gone..You can flash back to stock tune for service and hope they dont look at flash counter. Just get a good tune engine and tranny.
