Torque Pro "Not OK" message

I have run the Torque Pro test a few times and get these "Not OK" results. Anyone know if these are "OK" or not?

I think I get the same ones, but I am supercharged. are you? you seem to have a high misfire count too, I am lucky to see 1 on any cylinder...

No, just a CAI. Yeah, that's a lot of misfires........
