Is Royal Purple Worth it?

Hey guys, just wondering... do you think using royal purple oil is worth it?

on the bottle it states taht it increases horsepower and torque... how is this possible becuase engine oils dont usually do this?

plus the 5W-30 taht we would use in our camaros isnt GM4712 (or whatever) certified...

It increases horsepower because it decreases friction on your internal engine parts. I put it in my Camaro and I did have a horsepower increase.

Sure it's safe to use for as long as you want.....(just as long as you don't mind possibly voiding your powertrain warranty)!!!! Not worth it in my opinion.

Good Luck....Hope nothing breaks!!!!
