Ahh some thing i forgot to mention was no nitrous kits. You can have super chargers and turbos. Floor matts , subs and speaker boxes have to come out and any other loose items. Cameras are allowed if they are fixed or have a good suction cup. For example yes on (go_pro cameras). No passengers are allowed only during lunch during an event called Taste of the Track. Thats controlled by a pace car and speeds of 65miles, some of us go faster

Thanks! I can't wait to hear it once I break in the car a little more and get a CAI and headers.

I still think you should look at the Rotofab more, great looking (would go nicely with your car), especially if you powder coat it black or a drak gray.

Does rotofab goes all they way down near the front tire ,(i mean the actual air filter where you can actually get true cold air rather than hot engine compartment air.)?? Does any body knows what i am talking about
I know carlos had one that wasnt named brand and it was around in the $200 bucks and that CAI did run all the way down almost near the front tire catching the ambient air.

Would it not be the same thing if you got the air scoop installed along with your CAI? I'm still unsure about which air intake to get. I'm still leaning towards C.A.I. with the powder coated finish.

I spoke to carlos he can get us his discounted price. Heres the cold air intake its a AEM.
Also for the bucks i think its a good price. I will put my hennessey CAI for sale.
Rotofab its good it has the box ontop of the air filter with the clear plastic ,with the insulated walls..
Now theres the Vararam cold air around in the $400 that one doesnt have the looks but it has the performance, that is almost a Ram Air kit.
Now look into what deflects the heat metal or plastic or if the Tube from the intake has a protective coat to deflect the heat..
I guess bottom line is what can we do to get cold air into our motors to perform better.

There's some testing done by Jannetty on this forum that might help yall decide. I went with the Cold Air Inductions CAI cause of the looks and got the air scoop to increase its performance. Looks good and easy installs.

+1 on the CAI. I have one my car and my wife's. Go with scoop and washer relaxation. She doesn't have that and I can 'feel' the difference between the two cars.
