Did Lloyd's mats gave up on 1LE?

Apparently the previous tread that started in 2013 saying that they were working on it, got deleted (few days ago?). Then it was in talk with GM for the 1LE approval, and then nothing.
EPCO did 1LE emblem shift knobs, then they stop doing it because they did not the the GM approval, and finally (I am guessing with the ok from GM) they started taking orders again (I already put mine in).
Long story short, with the deletion of the original tread, does that mean that Lloyd's mats officially won't pursue the 1LE mats anymore?

I contacted Lloyds directly around 6 months ago, they said they were working on get approval from GM. Guess they lost interest, not enough of us.

I don't, the previous thread that got deleted, it had more then enough interest to get this done. I'm still hopeful that it will come out at some point.

Too bad you couldn't of added "I'm pissed they are dragging their feet on this" to the poll. The 1LE has been out 2 years now and still no mats...Sorry folks, it ain't gonna happen

Don't crush my hopes. I have a dream of 1LE floor mats... (the lesser know speech).

Hey guys,

Do not be so quick to assume they have given up.
I do not know when they started their licensing for this item.
However, I can tell you from experience that 8 months is not uncommon.
I have had items takes one full year.

I cannot see any reason they would tell you they started this process, if they did not. Also until they are finally approved, they cannot sell them. They will not even know if they are approved, until the very end.

We have some C7 Corvette items in for approval, and were already told to expect a long wait. This is just how it works.

It's been I think 14-15 months since they said they asked for approval on them.

I voted not interested. LLoyd's orange SS mats are the bomb and I have a set. The 1LE is just an option for an SS. I know it includes lots of stuff but it is just an option designation, not a separate model. But it might just be one of the coolest options ever.

I suspect there are not enough 1LEs around to make it worth while. To add to that the ILE option is supposed to be for track geeks and the first thing they do is put the mats in the trash to make the car lighter.

In my opinion, and that is just all that is my personal opinion. 1LE is a much as an option package to SS as the RS, and yet RS got emblems, mats, etc.
It's not like they need to redesign the whole mats, and add a whole extra stock. The mats are blank at the first then put on the logos. I don't track my car (will for the first time at Pony Wars and Camarofest), still I sure people that do, don't do daily and still would like nice mats to ride around. Again just my opinion, it doesn't make me right at all.
