Alright heres mine..

Tires used on the pass: Stock Pirellis
Performance Mods (if any):MRT Ver 1.0exhaust, Airaid CAI, Trifecta tune
Transmission: Auto
Category submitted for: Bolt ons
R/T.......... .277
60'............. 2.105
330............5.997
1/8.............9.189
1/8MPH........76.74
1320’...........14.302
1320' MPH.....96.97

Name of the track: Texas Motorplex (Ennis, TX)
Date of pass: 4/9/10
Weather conditions (include Density Altitude, if known): 73 degree - DA (not sure)

Using 6:10 pm as the time you raced (closest to your 6:17 pm) on drag times you had a DA of 1595.

That translates to:
  • Stock and Mildly Modified Naturally Aspirated Engines -14.046 @ 98.757 MPH
  • Extensively Modified Naturally Aspirated Engines - 14.161 @ 98.051 MPH
So your corrected time (depending on which category of tune you fall into) is about 14.1@98mph.

Question .. heading to the track for the 1st time tomorrow (1/8 mile ) and wanted to see what people were doing . do you turn off the traction control ? what RPM have you had the best launch at and of coarse use the paddle shifter.I'm using stock ( 20's) wheels and tires on the car here with just a InJen cai . any help would be great.

Leave it in Sport Mode and don't use the paddle shifters. The track near me has poor traction with street tires. Look at your 60' time and compare it to the others on here. The higher your number, the more tire spin you are getting.

My first time!

I went racing last night for the first time and all I can say is I am SO hooked! Now, I'm trying to figure out what I need to do and what I can put on my car to make better time! I'm not up there with any of you guys, but I still wanted to post my results. (Sorry for the bad pics, the printouts were really faded.)

I went with a bunch of Supercharged V8 guys and learned a few things. I was the only V6 Camaro out there and 1 of only 2 females racing. The guy racing next to me wasn't very happy that he was beaten by a girl

Can't wait to do it again!

Tires used on the pass: Stock Pirelli's 19

Transmission: M6

330'........... 7.0201
660'........... 10.7209
660’ mph... 66.81
Name of the track: North Star Dragway
Date of pass: 9-9-10
Weather conditions (include Density Altitude, if known): mid 80's/humid

You need to cut your 60 ft times by at least half a second, more seat time will cure that.
