You're doing the same thing I had to do my friend...I got to the dealer to order mine the day they stopped taking orders for that sweet sweet blue color...

Let's get this thread back on topic, folks. Changes to the 2011 Camaro line-up. If you want to debate the aesthetics of the 2010+ Mustang versus the 2010+ Camaro or whether or not Ford should build a car to compete, year-after-year,with the Corvette, there are other threads to do that in.

Oh yeah! That's what I wanted to see today!!
I saw synergy green in person for the first time yesterday, and I can honestly say that the pictures do it absolutely no justice. I'm glad to see it'll be an option for me when I order in a few years.

These are not ALL of the changes, I would think. I bet there are a few other changes that have not yet been announced.

One thing I wish GM could do...

I want GM to fix that front of the dash panel along the driver and passenger dash insert area to have the top leading edge stick out further (maybe 1/8th of an inch) so once the ABL light pipe is installed, the light will not shine out of the top.

By fixing that leading edge (and I know it costs a bundle to do) AND having the HUD cutout, I would go back to my dealer and have them remove the windshield, replace the entire dash, and be set with my new HUD AND ABL.

Yes, GM. I would retrofit w/ a newer HUD and ABL equipped dash.

Make it work! please.

I also was just thinking...now that we can assume the 2010 were making 312 hp, the hp lost due to drivetrain is worse than we had thought...

Same motor, no changes, and more power!

I bet all the people with their new "special" green camaros are really happy that they can actually get a car with options in that color now too.

But the heads-up display is sweet!

So now when people ask me if it is a V6 or a V8, and I say V6, and they laugh, and I respond by saying it has 304 ponies...

Now can I say it has 312? Haha.

I went to the SAE website and the 3.6 was rated for the 2010 Camaro. Problem is you can't read it unless you buy it.

GM's Tom Sutter, V6 Chief Engineer, says the conservative rating was given by GM and that they knew the engine produced "at least" that amount. Damn marketing crap! What do I have? Did you tweek something? Or is this pony wars at it's best?
