Switching to a better oil, suggestions?
Hey all I'm thinking of switching from the Mobil 1 I have been getting at the dealership to something else. I'm leaning towards Royal Purple. Anybody have any suggestions?

Amsoil Z-rod has a high zinc concentration and helps fight wear. I changed over when I installed my cam shaft.

Amsoil Signature Series.
You may also want to swap out your other fluids as well, and Sea Foam your engine, then add a catch can.

AMSOIL Z-Rod is not for newer engines, its API SL for 2004 and older automotive engines.
The current API Service Classification is SN Signature Series ASL 5W-30 or AZO 0W-30 are the top of the line oils for a 2010.

There are so many oils better than mobil 1. Read some oil posts....or check out bob the oil guy.
