MGW
I want to thank MGW for their great customer support. I ordered their shifter about three months ago and decided I wanted their new shift arm and black ball with the orange SS on it. MGW was at Camaro5 Fest and they told me to bring my car around and then changed the assembly for me!

I ordered my MGW Shifter as soon as I got home and they shipped it out in less than an hour!! Got it last night all packaged up and ready for install. To bad I have to work tomorrow...
But, thank for the killer deal MGW!!!! Your shifter just feels so natural and perfectly made. I sat in all the cars @C5 with the competitive setups/shifters, and yours just... well, it's no competition really, its just BETTER! x2 |

MGW gets real high marks from me as well. I need to order mine also.
I spoke to George a couple weeks ago about having a drive in to their facility in GA... He said they'd do some installs right there if enough folks were interested.

I just like to say... AWESOME shifter!
After shooting George some PM's, and then calling and ordering, mine arrived two Friday's ago. I was hesitant to do it myself, but didn't feel like paying someone to do it when there is all sorts of help out there. I now know where I can use a lift, but at the time, i DIDN'T and it was fine. A little cramped, and it was outside, in which the wonderful Hawaii weather decided to dump rain on me all day... But it is in, and the feel is just awesome. Love it! And the best part is I installed it on my own, with basic mechanical understanding thanks to the wonderful instructional video. I plugged it into the car and played a few segments at a time, did those steps, played a few more, did those, etc. Couple hours later, I said to the wife, "I'm going to test it now, I'm going now while the kids are up, in case I need to call you to come pick me up " And then I went for a drive. WOW! My only suggestion, and this might already be done or there is an easy way, but I was in a hurry to get it done while the rain was in the lighter phases: I recommend having an iTunes / WMP / whatever other video player to portable device version of the videos... I was trying (not very hard obviously) to get it on my iphone so I could access it on a much smaller scale than a laptop. But I can't be the only one who has thought this... Just a suggestion from a very satisfied customer! Sorry for the long read, hah! Cheers, James |

I bought mine at the fest as well and love it. What everybody said about it completely changing the car is spot on. Makes shifting at any speed so much better. Next on my list is the retro white ball.
