I don't know. I might. Just seems easier to buy a big sheet of vinyl. Think this would work?

Unless you are looking for a carbon fiber look.

I though about Carbon Fiber. But decided not to. I want it to match the Black Grill while keeping the Chrome tint. Don't get me wrong the carbon fiber looks nice with the Chrome tint. But I'd rather go with flat black.

I had black ones, then went carbon fiber, and might be going back to black for this season, free and easy to change so why not.

Yeah. I could always change too. I ended up ordering that sheet off Amazon. $15 bucks for a 12" by 24" should be enough and give me extra in case I mess up (again).

You might be able to use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm it up and work it with your finger to smooth it out, but don't get it too hot.

Tried that with a 1,200 watt heat gun. No luck

Just take your time and stretch it out over the entire surface, then come back and cut out the excess, that sheet of vinyl will give you enough to do many bowties.
