Road Trip!!!
So I pulled the trigger on the AGM no A/C car. I've got an 1800 mile road trip from TX to NJ planned out. I'm looking forward to windows down, ear plugs in drive while listening to Def Leppard through the one speaker. I've mapped it out via route 44 and 70, should take the better part of 2.5 days. I'll stop for gas about 5 times. There is a cars and coffee event in Joursey I might try to hit on Saturday morning if I make good time. Looking forward to cruising and enjoying the sound of this dream car. Wish me luck!

Good Luck, but I'm pretty sure you won't need any!

Mandatory items listed below. After driving my Z/28 from Austin to NorCal (2,000 miles in two days), I think item #2 is the best money I've ever spent:
1. Tire sealant/refill kit LIKE THIS 2. Noise-cancelling headset LIKE THIS

Good idea on the tire kit, also hoping to get a set of tow hooks from John. I'm packing a noise canceling headset I have from work.
What did you bring for tunes? I was thinking about loading up a micro SD and using a USB adapter to plug it into the car. |

Thanks fellas. Thursday cannot come soon enough. I plan to be at the High Octane cars and coffee in Mt Laurel nj on Saturday. Figure that would be a great way to cap off this drive.

I looked into it. Shipping is going to cost the same as driving it out. I got quotes from 700 to 900. Plus I really want to drive this car, lol, I'll be on the road in 30 hours.
