Anybody ordered from CarId.com?
I'm not having very good customer support from them.
Never can get thru on the phone and they don't reply back to your e-mail questions.

Yes. No issues ordering and hearing back from them. The interior trim does take a few weeks, so be patient. They post on the forum fairly regularly also.

I purchased a set of Lloyds mats from them and didn't have any problem at all.

I'd send them a PM on this site as well. I know they post here pretty frequently - especially in the interior section of the classifieds here.

i bought a carbon fiber kit from them. took a while to make it but they seem to have there shit together.
