2 aday. Wow I used to have 2 first thing in the morning. One on the way to work and one when I got there. #3 between morining and lunch. #4-5 at lunch. #6 between leaving work #7 on the way home #8-9 with dinner and usually #10 between dinner and bed.

Now I drink a lot of water and tea. I have cut down on Dr Pepper to an amazing 4-5 a week maybe.
