Desperately need a $1000.00 private offer to make a deal on a 1SS !!!

Would anyone have a $1000. private offer that they don't need that I could use ? I have found a bare bones black 1SS that I would like to buy and the $1000. private offer will make or break the deal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The dealer has given me until Dec. 31 to find a private offer. I have tried myself the last 3 days on Chevy.com but have had no luck. If anyone has a private offer that I could use my email is wbyman@frontiernet.net thanks again.

Chris, I followed the directions from "NEWB" that were outlined a few threads below my thread in this forum . I have been trying 2 or 3 times a day for the last 3 days. no luck. Guess it is not meant to happen. Thanks anyway.

They only have them for a limited time each month. It seems they may be over for the month as I haven't seen one in a few days. Keep trying. No one knows if there is any pattern to when they come and go.

Also, there is no way to "send" it to you. Whoever gets it to pop up will have to fill in your info. Then the certificate will be emailed to you from the GM system.

Try using a different internet connection. Go to the library or starbucks. It seems to log IP addresses from my experience. May help but can't hurt to try.

Sorry, but I have to say it.

If 1k is going to make or break the deal then you can't afford it.

I have to agree. 1K for 60 months at a terrible 15% intrest is only $21 a month. If that is the deal breaker than this may not be the right time to buy. Unless you are paying cash and dont want to wait to save the 1k. then that is a little different

You have no way of knowing that. The guy may have a budget in his head as to how much money he is alloting to this camaro and sticking to it. Just because he says 1k will break the deal doesn't mean he can't afford the car.

LOL a "1%er" scraping for $1,000???? Mlee you cracked me up.

My guess is the OP has a number in their head and 1k gets to that number.

A .25 per gallon swing in gas will be more than the financing difference on a 1SS Daily Driver.
