Production Convertible/Ragtop Impression

Here's my idea of the production ragtop in my sig. It was based on the production mule we saw. I still have some work to do on the lights and the glass.

That looks great. I normally think a vert ruins the look of a car but if the production camaro comes out looking like that I might have to get one.

So I guess you're planning on driving it in the UK or the rest of the former British Empire.

Nice pickup after I reversed it. Windows fixed and lights fixed. Now you can't see which side the wheel is on LOL. That is 30% Luminar tint by the way.

Nice job with the whole thing. My g/f has been looking for picture of the car with the top up to see if she likes it. She likes the coupe a lot more than the vert because she doesn't really like soft tops.

I agree that most of the time a Convertible top totally ruins the look of a car. The lines get all screwed up.

It is my opinion that because of it's already angular lines, the convertible top (which is always pretty angular itself) won't look as bad as usual on the 5th Gen. Must like the 3rd Gen's didn't look too bad as a convertible.

4th Gens were just... I can't even think of a word bad enough. Fluid curves on the body and angular top just don't mix.
