No offense guys, but IMO there seems to be a bit of a lack of organization/coordination of these North Texas GTG's. Should this thread be considered the "Official North Texas Chapter of Camaro5", similar to the CAMARO5LINE OF DEEP SOUTH TEXAS" thread or the "El Paso Chapter of Camaro5" thread?

Again, not trying to criticize or step on any toes, but I am kind of disappointed. I'm a member of the LSC, but when I first moved to Texas and sub'ed to LS1.com back in '98 I met my first group of fellow gearheads through GTG's at tracks and car shows that were organized on that board.

Anyway, just some thoughts.

Hey I hear what you are saying. the Camaro and Mustang GTG was my idea. I brought it up to Captain and he put his magic together and made an event out of it. I remember the days of 1998 at Hooters Ls1.com getting together hanging out and having fun and making friends. That what this event is meeting new folks from the other side of the road and making the fued so much more fun. I think everyone can work on communication in a more productive way. Certain folks have all the time in the world or even a little and others dont have as much as they would like. Not easy these days putting information together as it seems. Thats one reason why I tip my Hat to Jason , Anita and Captain of LSC they make it fair and try and include everyone.

The problem with these threads is that people say they will be there, don't say anything when they can't, then don't show up. These meets have been very successful in the past. Just need to figure out a better system.
