Got rear-ended. Fml.

So I decided to drive to Barnes and Noble and get a book to read.
I was turning right on the intersection and there was a YIELD sign.
A car was going pretty fast so I stopped to let it pass first and then BAM. Got rear-ended by a 2004 bmw z4.
The bmw driver was pissed at me because I stopped at Yield sign.
So damage is not that bad, but trunk won't close anymore and I am pretty much sure there is some parts damaged inside. :(

Dang that sucks! Hopefully its just the bumper cover keeping the trunk from closing as it doesn't look bent.

Damn Bastid. Hope he got charged for following too closely. Guess s/he should have paid more attention to the car in front of them. Sorry to hear about the pain and suffering you're going through. Hope no whiplash or anything.

I don't know. About two hours after the accident I felt a pretty bad pain in my neck. I slept over it and now it's gone.
Don't know if I should go to the doctor.

At least it was his fault! Yield means wait for the other traffic, sometimes that means stopping to wait other drivers....

Sucks it happened though! Good luck!

I'm sure sorry that happened. My last one was hit by a semi not too long ago. Got it fixed and traded it in. He was probably texting or something. I hope you get it fixed really quick.

Hopefully everything is ok. Keep in mind about the inconvenience fee and deappreciation fee you are eligible for now. There insurance won't mention it, you have to in order to get compensated.
