First Show with My ZL1
A few pics from my first car show since buying the ZL1. Beautiful weather. The car got a lot of attention and lot's of questions were asked. I was surprised how many high school guys knew their stuff about the ZL1 and GT500.
I told em to start saving now and they can have one when they turn 55 too! Never too old for an amazing vehicle like this.

The slits in the hood vent look closed off at the top driver's-side quandrant, while the rest are open. What gives??

If you look at the pic taken from the rear, you will notice 3 of the hood vents are actually extractors and are aimed back at the windshield. Only one pulls air in. It looks blacked out in the pic because the opening is to the front of the car. It pulls cool air in.

I had the complete opposite experience this weekend. I ran it in a local car show. Only 12 cars showed up and some of them were really in rough shape. It was a family day and most kids there were under 20. Most if not all the people didn't really care about the ZL1, so much that I didn't even take 3rd place in the peoples choice award...

Have never experience that s_c5519. I've had people make a beeline from a hundred feet away to look at it once they see the hood vents.
