Magnaflow Exhaust Install

From the pics looks pretty much like clamp on but I was wondering if i needed to wield the last part to the cats?

Can anyone help me out?

But they're arent any clamps with the package? Are there ones with the stock exhaust?

Yes, that is correct. You will use the OEM clamps at the cats to clamp your new cat back.
